Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide their own return shipping label.

All approved returns for a refund are subject to a 50% restocking fee. This means that 50% of the eligible item's purchase price will be refunded once the return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached to qualify for an exchange.

There is no restocking fee for exchanges. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will work with you to determine the available options.

Final Sale & Pre-Order Items

Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, pre-order items are subject to the same return and exchange requirements outlined in this policy. The return or exchange window begins on the date the item is delivered, not the date the order was placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue.

Eligible damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items will not be subject to the standard restocking fee.
